Allan Struthers: Love the reverb on the vocals. In fact, I love her voice full stop. I'm trying hard not to fall in love with her but it's not working. She's so beautiful and she makes really amazing music, i'm totally smitten. All the distant guitars in the background seem to frame that rolling bassline really nicely too. 4.5 beards
Sam Green: I really love these guys, she has such a fragile voice. She is really captivating, I mean the band are good as well but I think she is the cherry on top. Got a bit of a MBV feel to this track. They can do no wrong for me. 4.5 B's
Lizzie Banoffee: I listened to this when I reviewed their first single, [Six Wolves], but I didn't really like it at the time. Increased familiarity with her voice has warmed me to it a little. It's hard to do slow songs like this well, without going all-out shoegazey. Nice, but a little dull? Nice accessories in the video. Hard to find a hook in this song - it's just finished and I'm not sure if I can remember what the chorus was... But in general I think they are great and her voice does carry it off. 4 Beards from me.
Darren Bibby: "PIE-PER!!" Reminded me of Feist a bit; I need and want to hear more of their stuff, which is a good sign. If anything I thought the music could have done with something extra - maybe a flute ha ha. But she's got a quirky voice that keeps your attention. 3.5 beards
Darkwulf: That was a nice song, I dig that Mazzy star/VU thing, maybe it stands out because everything else I've heard today was gash. However, the song doesnae really go anywhere and you feel the tune uses all its tricks up too early, 3 beards.
