This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the legally binding terms for your use of the Beardrock Services. By using the Beardrock Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, whether you are a "Visitor" (which means that you simply browse the Beardrock Website) or you are a "Member" (which means that you have registered with Beardrock.co.uk). The term "User" refers to a Visitor or a Member. You are only authorized to use the Beardrock Services (regardless of whether your access or use is intended) if you agree to abide by all applicable laws and to this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully and save it. If you do not agree with it, you should leave the Beardrock Website and discontinue use of the Beardrock Services immediately. By using the Beardrock Services, you acknowledge your acceptance of this Agreement.

Beardrock.co.uk wishes to point out the following information!
As there are many explicit phrases used througout a lot of the reviews and interviews contained in the Beardrock website, it is advised that users of Beardrock Services be 18 years of age and older. Any misunderstanding or offences taken by any of Beardrock.co.uk’s users as a result of the “wording” contained within the Beardrock.co.uk’s website will not be accepted by Beardrock.co.uk
It is the responsibility of any user of Beardrock.co.uk to use their own descretion when reading any of the content of the Beardrock Services.
Fees. Use of the Beardrock services is currently free of charge but may not always remain that way. You acknowledge that Beardrock.co.uk reserves the right to charge for the Beardrock Services and to change it's fees from time to time at it's discretion. If Beardrock.co.uk terminates your Membership because you have breached the Agreement, you shall not be entitled to the refund of any unused portion of its members’ subscription fees.
Non-commercial Use by Members. The Beardrock Services are for the personal use of Members only and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by Beardrock.co.uk Illegal and/or unauthorized use of the Beardrock Services, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of Members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email or unauthorized framing of or linking to the Beardrock Website is forbidden. Commercial advertisements, affiliate links, and other forms of solicitation will be removed from Member profiles without prior notice and will result in termination of Membership privileges. Appropriate legal action will be taken for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Beardrock Services through the English courts of law.
This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect while you use Beardrock Services or are a Member. Beardrock.co.uk may terminate your Membership at any time, without warning. Even after Membership is terminated, this Agreement will remain in effect.
You and anybody else who uses Beardrock services do so at their own risk, and Beardrock.co.uk will not be held responsible for any loss or damage or harm caused to its users whether directly or indirectly via Beardrock.co.uk
Incorrect use of the Beardrock services and/or any damages caused to its users during or after using Beardrock services will be at the risk of the user as Beardrock.co.uk will not be held responsible for any such loss or damages caused.
Limitation on Liability. IN NO EVENT SHALL BEARDROCK.CO.UK BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF BEARDROCK.CO.UK HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, BEARDROCK.CO.UK’s LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO BEARDROCK.CO.UK FOR THE BEARDROCK SERVICES DURING THE TERM OF MEMBERSHIP.
